  4. Where available, URLs for the references should be provided in the manuscripts.

  5. It is the responsibility of the author to secure written permission to use any images they propose to accompany their manuscripts;
  6. Samples can be accessed through.

Guidelines to the Authors to the Review Process

  1. Scientia: The International Journal on Liberal Arts follows the double-blind-peer-review policy to all qualified manuscripts;
  2. Since the journal policy is blind-review, all information in the main text that provide the identity of the author of the manuscript must be removed to the body, notes, and the document description of the file;
  3. Decisions to the submitted manuscripts will be provided by the Editorial Board based on the review process (link of the review process) 3-5 months after receipt of the manuscript by the Editorial Board. Decisions can be unconditional acceptance (accepted without need for revision), conditional acceptance (minor revisions), or rejection of the manuscript;
  4. Whatever the result based on the aforementioned, the Editorial Board immediately informs the author.  In case of conditional acceptance (with minor revisions), the authors should integrate the revisions suggested and give the edited manuscript back to the Editorial Board within 3-4 weeks after receipt of the feedback.  Failure to do so may mean deferral of publication of the manuscript.
